Online & Store Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) within 14 DAYS of the ship date for an exchange or refund. Returns will not be accepted after the 14 days. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged. 

  • Sale Items: Unless otherwise noted, sale items may only be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 days. Sale items with a "final sale" notation are final sale and cannot be returned. Sale items purchased with a promo are final sale.
  • Final Sale: Gift certificates, custom jewelry, prints, socks, homeware, beauty products, hats, final sale items and sale items purchased with a promo are FINAL SALE.
  • Promos: Unless otherwise noted, regular priced items purchased with a promo can be returned for STORE CREDIT. Sale items purchased with a promo are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. 
  • International Orders: Due to shipping expenses, international orders are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.

Online Return/Exchange Instructions

Though we hope you love your purchase, we know that shopping online can be difficult. Need to return an item? Please email us at [email protected] with your order number for a return or exchange authorization. Online returns will not be accepted without an authorization. Final sale items and international orders are not returnable. Sale items purchased with a promo are not returnable.

Items can be returned in-store or via mail. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the recipient.
