Handmade Imperfections

Products that are handmade may include minor imperfections and textures. Leather goods may vary slightly in color and texture due to the leather grain treatments. Jewelry may have minor imperfections from the casting. This is part of the handmade process and unique nature that makes each item one of a kind. All items are throughly inspected by the designers, artist and our team.

Gift Certificates

To redeem your gift certificate online, simply input your gift code at the checkout cart at the "Have a discount code?" field. If you are using a promo code for your purchase and would like to pay with your gift certificate, please email us or give us a call. If you would like an e-certificate emailed to you, please include your details in the "Notes for Seller" section at the payment checkout. Gift certificates do not expire or lose value and are non-refundable. Unused value remaining cannot be redeemed for cash. Discounts and promo codes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or apply to gift certificates.

In-Store Pickup

Want to avoid shipping expenses by picking up your items(s) at the store? Send us an email with your contact info and desired items, and we'll have your purchase ready for you when you arrive.

Payment
In-store: All major credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®) and cash are accepted in-store. We do not accept checks or money orders. 

Online: As a security protection for our customers and the store, we currently only accept PayPal payments for online orders. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order. Paypal accepts domestic and international credit cards and bank accounts.

Price Adjustments
One-time price adjustments on full-price merchandise will be honored within 3 days. Promotions are excluded.

Promos/Discounts
Promos cannot be combined with any other discounts. Promos are only valid within the exclusion dates. Previous purchases do not apply. Discounts are applied before shipping and tax. Unless otherwise noted, regular priced items purchased with a promo can be returned for store credit only. Sale items purchased with a promo cannot be returned.

Sales Tax
Myth & Symbol does not charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of Texas and where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.

Satomi Kawakita Jewelry
We currently carry only a few sizes in-store and online. However, custom sizing is available, and we can measure your exact ring size in-store to ensure the perfect fit. Some items can also be customized with different diamond sizes, colors and materials. More Satomi Kawakita styles are also available in-store. Please allow for a 2-3 week lead time for special orders. Prices may vary, depending on the requested band size. Custom orders are final sale and require a 50% deposit. Sizing
All approximate size measurements are notated on the product page. Most items are measured from a small. For items with a XS/S/M/L/XL sizing, there is typically a difference of 1" between each size. For items with a 0/2/4/6/8/10 sizing, there is typically a difference of 0.5" between each size.

Store Credit
Store credit is issued for returns with sale items or gift receipts. To redeem your store credit online, simply input your unique store credit code at checkout. If you forgot your code, please contact us for additional info. If you would like to redeem your store credit with a promo code, give us a call or email us with the items that you would like to purchase or leave us a note at checkout and we will apply your store credit.
